NEW COVID 19 HEALTH PROCEDURES - EFFECTIVE September 1 2022

To ensure your safety the following health procedures will remain in place

1. All clients must remain in their car and text the office when they arrive. Only when they are asked to

come in, should they leave their car. This ensures time for cleaning and ensures that social distancing is

always maintained.

2. Masks are no longer mandatory in the office. If you would like the psychologist to wear a mask during your appointment, we are happy to accommodate.

3. Upon entering the office and leaving, individuals must sanitize or wash their hands.

4. All individuals must complete the COVID 19 Health screener either online or upon arrival in the office.

If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, have tested positive (rapid antigen), or have been exposed to someone who tested policy, please cancel your session. There will be no charge.

COVID 19 Safety Procedures

Currently services are being offered in-person or virtually through a secure online video platform.

Face-to-face therapy is now being offered with strict adherence to COVID19 safety measures which include:

Sanitization of hands upon entry as well as when exiting the office
Social distancing of 6ft is maintained during all sessions
Clients can bring their own water bottles
Office is sanitized between all clients
All clients remain in their vehicle until let in by the psychologist which ensures there is never more than one family in the office.

Psychological and psychoeducational assessments are being conducted face-to-face with the following additional COIVD19 safety measures:

Children/youth are given a new pencil to complete testing
6ft (2m) table used for testing
Plexiglass protective screen on the assessment table
During breaks children are provided with sterilized toys or a new craft to take home

Clients are expected to call the office if they have any symptoms of COVID19 and there will be no charge for missed appointments due to COIVD19 symptoms.
